Capt_Caveman, Thanks for your response. I am doing NAT and I am using iptables. I'll let you know if this worked.

IP Tables timed reject and per port reject

At a company the local IT admin has the need to block a specific IP range web access, only. So for instance he needs to block internet access from 8-12a 1-4p. They still need FTP and Email access etc.
So pretty much the same question with time and per port variables.
