prelink dependencies are changed

From debug log:
------------------------------------------------
++ rpm --verify -f /usr/bin/look
++ grep /usr/bin/look
++ grep -E -e '.M......|......G.|.....U..'
prelink: /usr/bin/cal: at least one of file's dependencies has changed since prelinking
prelink: /usr/bin/ul: at least one of file's dependencies has changed since prelinking
------------------------------------------------

I was verifying all "sed, stty, rm and etc." using above command sequence. Only for look I was facing prelink messages issue.
OS : RHEL 5.8 (Tikanga)

Please do help me, with your inputs.

I don't know if it does but maybe running something like
Code:
rpm --verify -v -f /usr/bin/cal
shows you which dependencies changed? If it scrolls by to quickly for your taste append
Code:
2>&1| tee /tmp/prelink.tee
and you should have a log file to read or paste.
