POPTop Daemon

I was wondering if anyone has implemented POPTop on here. I just got my kernel updated and compiled with the latest IPtables and would like to implement the POPTop daemon. However, it seems like there are so many ways to do it out there. Does anyone know of a good resource on how to get the "Right" files and the steps for patching, compiling and installing the daemon and its dependencies?

iptable version
Sorry for unburing this!!!

The link is alive again, but it's to old....
Is there any IPTABLE version of it??

I can connect to my pptp (PopTop) server but can't get to the rest of the LAN
I can even authenticate with Active Directory.
