Please can someone recomend a good IPtables GUI

I'm looking for a good IPtables GUI, my requirements are simple:

It should be in the debian repositories.
It should have a simple interface and an option to enable an advanced one.
No strong Gnome Dependencies

and thats about it, I'm not trying to do anything fancy with it, its for a desktop and I want to block incomeing traffic but allow all outgoing traffic and responses. And possibly just browse around the program to get a feal for IPtables.

I've been using Firestarter. It does depend on GTK and other Gnome related packages though. It is simple to use and can be set up for real time monitoring. There is also Guarddog, which uses the Qt and KDE libraries.
