Nikto <GET> method

I been using Nikto and the scan log contains something like:

# /http://www.pen-test.org.:80/ws_ftp.ini">/ws_ftp.ini - Can contain
saved passwords for ftp sites (GET)

How can I get this file? If I do
"http://www.pen-test.org.:80/ws_ftp.ini" from the web-browser it gives
a 404 not found error. The manpage doesn't clarify this very well.

There's are lots of files <GET> which Nikto says exist but cannot get from the web browser.

TIA.
