Need layer 7 filter rule to block .teamviewer

Use port and the only way to block it using layer 7 filtering .
Anyone created a rule otherwise will have to capture using wireshark and then write the rule...

From the teamviewer "Security Statement", http://www.teamviewer.com/images/pdf...yStatement.pdf
Quote:

Creation of a Session and Types of Connections.
After a handshake through our master server, in 70% of the cases a direct connection via UDP or TCP is established (even behind standard gateways, NATs and firewalls). The rest of the connections are routed through our highly redundant router network via TCP or http-tunnelling. You do not have to open any ports in order to work with TeamViewer!
Would blocking connections to their "master server" prevent initiating a session?
