need iptables help please

Okay I am very new to IP tables. I am starting to read up on it but I have something I need to get done quick and honestly I am not getting it.

My network setup is as follows-
192.168.1.0/24 - Internal business network
192.168.2.0/24 - Tech support internal network

We keep tech support totally seperated from us because well there have been problems in the past. But they need access to one of our internal webservers. So I am setting up a machine with two nics to connect the two networks. it will be set up as follows-

eth0 - 192.168.1.99
eth1 - 192.168.2.99

Basically It so tech support can open up a browser and go to http://192.168.2.99 and it be forwarded to our web server at 192.168.1.91.

And that is the only thing they should be able to get through on out network. I have been told this should be fairly easy to do, Just a couple of rules but I am just to new to it to figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
