Need A Firewall

Hello I am new to Linux. Not new to computers. I am looking for a firewall that might have SPI. I have a win 2000 adv server running dhcp, dns and active diretory with 3 win xp prof work stations and one wireless notebook runnng win xp prof. I have a linksys BEFSR41 Broad band router and an HP switch. I am open to all suggestions. I have an old pent 233 socket 7 pc I want to make the firewall. I have two nics installed, one for an entrance to the firewall and the other for the exit port. I was looking at ip cop. I liked that except ip cop, looks like I have to use their DHCP ?? wHAT IS OUT THERE ??

AN hour or so latter...I reread the ipcop admin manual again and I saw where ther is a posabillity to disable the dhcp function.
So I installed ipcop and configured, did not enable DHCP. I am going to put ipcop after the BEFSR41 and configure the red nic /port for the gateway adress of the befsr41 router and the green nic / port for a static ip address for my network and my domains name. Then I guess in DHCP on my server I should use the green address for the gateway address. I am still learning if you have a suggestion let me know.
