MYSQL PASS hashed or not???

hello guys, lately im doing some research on cryptography so that I could enforce harder restrictions on my linux box. lately i'm trying some pentesting using sqlmap, heres the problem.

When i run the program sqlmap it shows me these results.

Code:
root","*F139D42636F52199B6ABBB0A54CD449D0117D95B"
I was wondering if the password for root is hased or not because of the * sign infront of it!.. tnx in advance!
