Multiple platform patch management


We are a medium sized MSP with both Linux and windows. Anyone using a patch management solution that covers these platforms that you'd recommend?

Such a (unified) system would probably come from your distro maker Red Hat. SuSE has one, I'm sure that Red Hat must. I could only guess it it were worth it, rather than treating Linux and Windows separately.
