Log analyzer?

I can't seem to install swatch b/c of a bunch of PERL modules that I don't have installed. Anyone have a another good log analyzer that they use?

Maybe use perl's CPAN option to install the bundles?

Using Snort I usually find the 2 provided scripts enough, and for the fw Im using Fwlogwatch. For the rest Im using custom shell scripts.
