does it affect all distros that use imlib??

i'm on slackware 10.0 (imlib-1.9.14-i486-2, 09/25/2003) and i haven't gotten any imlib security alert, yet...

I read it was for everyone who uses imlib. I think I got my update for debian installed a few days ago
