I have gotten everything working properly except one detail my sshd daemon isn't allowing any user to remotely login! this is what LIDS is telling me in my syslog:

kernel: LIDS: sshd (dev 3:1 inode 494245) pid 25742 ppid 25741 uid/gid (0/0) on (null tty) : violated CAP_SYS_CHROOT - logging disabled for (60)s

kernel: LIDS: sshd (dev 3:1 inode 494245) pid 25742 ppid 25741 uid/gid (0/0) on (null tty) : CAP_SYS_CHROOT violation: Attempt to chroot /var/empty

does anyone know what my problem is? or can someone point me to the right direction any help would be helpful thanks in advance

oh by the way i'm use the 2.4.21 kernel with the lids-1.1.2-2.4.21 patch.
