Question let a user only connect via sftp

Hi there,

I´m using redhat 7.3 and redhat9.0 and I´ve got a question.

If there is someone who wants to get access via sftp (openssh) to a server, but he/she should only stay in there homedirectory, how should I configure that?

PLEASE HELP

THNX

Using something like scponly or rssh as their shell and chroot them to their home directory.

Go find a copy of either scponly or rssh, read the documentation, and install it. That would be a good starting point.
