How does one go about checking for a keylogger on their system.
I read somewhere to do an strace on your shell, but I tried and was a bit confused . Anybody have experience in this?
What makes you think your system is being keylogged? If it's your own box, I'd run "chkrootkit" first... if it's not rooted, it's unlikely that anyone would be able to replace your shell with one that logs keystrokes.
