Rules are under Config > Networking > Firewalling, and the service is under Control > Control Panel > Control Service Activity.

ALlrite.. I got it working. I dodn't know that I had a copy of tiny firewall installed. I found that out, and then I set it up... So not only do I have tiny firewalls rules, It decided to load mine as whell.. SCORE.. So I guess I have everything sorted out.
