IPTABLES Log File, where is it?


nevermind, found it, /var/log/firewall

Next time please don't clear out your question, just add the comment, answer or solution.

* BTW your sig is way too long (and IMHO quoting yourself is, well, awkward). By reformatting it yours should not take up more than 6-ish lines.

the question is the title, "where is iptables log file"? it doesnt log to /var/log/messages, it logs to /var/log/firewall on sles 11.1, AND, i gave the answer in post #1.

sig, what sig?
