How do I allow all traffic for a trusted IP?

iptables -A INPUT/OUTPUT -i xx.xxx.xxx.xxx -j ACCEPT

iptables -A INPUT -s xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx -j ACCEPT this to accept everything from that source
iptables -A OUTPUT -d xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx -j ACCEPT this is to allow everything to that source

don't forget to change the default policies with the -P option, because the default is to accept everything from everywhere.
