IdM Redhat and autocreate directory

I am sorry if this question has been asked before, but I cannot find a fitting answer.
I am trying to configure Redhat Idm with auto creation of home directory for new users to a client machine. This works for the server but does not work on any of the clients. The versions of both client and server for ipa-client is the same but the release is different:

Client Linux version : 2.6.32-431.5.1.el6.x86_64
Name : ipa-client for my clients
Arch : x86_64
Version : 3.0.0
Release : 37.el6

Server Linux version : 2.6.32-358.18.1.el6.x86_64
Name : ipa-client for my server
Arch : x86_64
Version : 3.0.0
Release : 26.el6_4.4

Both client and server have the same oddjob and oddjob-mkhomedir:
Name : oddjob
Arch : x86_64
Version : 0.30
Release : 5.el6

Name : oddjob-mkhomedir
Arch : x86_64
Version : 0.30
Release : 5.el6

Please, help. Very desperate.

Thanks.

You don't tell us what you're seeing, besides it "does not work" on the clients. Without details, there's not much we can tell you, other than there's a problem with the installation.

Red Hat Enterprise and IDM are commerical, PAY FOR products...since you're a paid customer, you can access their knowledgebase, and contact their tech support folks, since you're "desperate" and in a hurry. The installation and setup guides tell you lots, but you don't say what you followed/did to get things installed.
