I need a general knowledge about openssl command

Hi for all

I'm completely new in openssl and its command, in addition to certificate, Keys, encryption algorithms and so on.

1- Can I use a key generated by 'gendsa' to encrypt a file, or I must use a key generated by 'genrsa', because DSA using just for signing.

2- I use "rsautl -encrypt" to encrypt a file using RSA public key, Right or there is another command?
