How to refuse a ping on my own private server

my server REPLIED to Ping (ICMP Echo) requests, making it visible on the Internet.
I would like to configure my server which is used to access internet.
but blocking, droping, or ignore such ping requests from internet.(it's an SME server V7)

Is it possible and what do I do in order to achieve my goal
and of course keeping internet access for my users.

Many thanks
I will try it right away
It seems so simple to protect a server
I had already closed all ports (tcp udp) but
I would like to be invisible on the net
Thanks again
