How to prevent remote-control malware from pressing buttons

With reference to remote-control malware, ie malware that attempts to take control of the gui like VNC would (or a hacker running VNC):

If you fail to prevent the malware from loading, is there anything you can do to at least prevent it from simulating certain gui button presses?

Secretly watching what the user sees is ok and secretly logging keys the user presses is ok in this application, but not pressing certain buttons on a dialog box. Any chance this can be blocked so the malware cannot do it but the user can?

Er, wouldn't this just make the malware much harder to detect?

The answer, btw, is no.

Maybe the malware can hit buttons without moving the mouse pointer, or it moves it too fast to notice.
