How to get VPN in Linux (i.e. Xubuntu 14.04)?

Hello,
Can anyone tell me, which VPN provider is the best one for Linux users? And which program is the best to install and use on my computers?
I'm working in Linux Xubuntu version 14.04.

That depends on what you value--i.e., what matters to you. Is cost your main concern? or security? Do you need any particular geographic availability? Do you need a GUI client?

By "program," I'm guessing you mean "VPN client." That will probably depend on the provider you choose.

Alternatively, consider providing your own linux VPN:

rent a cheap linux host, e.g., a linode
install/configure an OpenVPN server on your host. See example here
install/configure an OpenVPN client on your device(s) (see same example).
