How to disable service

I want to disable these services but I do not see them in init.d.

68/udp open dhcpclient
5050/udp open mmcc

I am using redhat 9.0.

Thanks in advance.

try killing this:

also disable dhcp. i use slackware and you can do that with slackware by editing /etc/rc.d/rc.inet1 or netconfig. it will probably be differnt if you use a different distro.
