how to check the date for the user ID created?

Is there anyone know how to check the actual date of the user ID created?
I only know there is /etc/shadow files which we are able to know the latest amended password date.

Anyone have the idea to check the actual date for the ID creation?

Its logged to syslog. So check wherever syslog logs "authpriv.*" to (for example /var/log/secure). A nice case to see if your syslog logfile retention time covers this :-]

BTW, I don't appreciate you posting duplicate threads, please don't do that again.
