how can i block a site to complete lan running on rh 5 enterprise squid server?

acl banned_clients src 192.168.12.0/255.255.255.0
acl sucky_url dstdomain .microsoft.com
http_access deny banned_clients sucky_url

or you can install squidguard
http://www.squidguard.org/

At the very least you could have provided a link to where you copied that example from.
