How become a security Tester?

For become a security tester what should i do?
For example for join in debian security a person must read all debian source code?

Yes, you have to read and understand the source code for all 30000+ Debian packages.

Seriously, you asked for a programming language for a beginner not long ago, do you think you already have enough knowledge to even recognize a security problem in source code?

I'm not beginner in programming.If i asked a question about programming language for beginner it is not for me.
Yeah i know a little about secure coding.

Then a good thing would be to make yourself known to the Debian team. Maybe you should begin with taking an orphaned package and maintaining it.
