help with sudoers file

I'm a newbie to linux, but i have SSH setup on my linux box, and when I'm at work or wherever, I can ssh into my box, and it works great.

But, how do I edit the sudoers file? I want to add a usr to it.. thanks for the tips

(I tried looking for the answer in the man pages, but no help there...)

We have a Linux Box where we logged in as root and disabled root login. Without keeping the root login session alive, we tried to login as admin (a regular user) and su on to the root.

We know that there is an sudoers file which has to be modified to let admin "su" to root, but since we have already closed the root session we dont know what to do.

Any suggestions?

Bostonlabs, you certainly did the process of sealing off the box the wrong way around... If it is is a remote box and no networked services allow root access only way to get in is to use the remote facilities' admin services to un-fsck it IMHO.

Btw, it's best to start yer own thread else your question might not get noticed, ok.
