having problems viewing webpages after configuring firewall wtih APF.

Hi i resently installed a firewall using this instrucstions

no URL ALLOWED YET :P

Everything works good and everything as a matter of fact it works too good
i can not get it to go to the webpages

This is a webserver that i am using cpanel with and EXIM for email

and all the other usual webserver information..

but i can not get it to allow webpage viewing port 80 is open per instuctions any sujestions.

Could you post the output of iptables -vnL

Also, is the webpage accessible if you turn the firewall off?
