there is possibility we are being trolled.
i grew up in a esl household and even small things take multiple iterations to clear up.
op mite be acutely mentally disabled so they require more time to explain their issue (they seem to jump to conclusions quickly so my opinion is possible paranoia (i am not an expert)).
like many lay-people, they are possibly ignorant of certain terms. (3g antenna, ip6 [sic] (ipv6 ?), bulletproof firewall, hack preventing boot from cd) -- sounds like an episode of 24.
