GRR! I need authentication from a Win2K serveur.

Let me describe my issue:

I m working on an Intranet web site hosted on my Linux Red-Hat 7.3 server using Apache and php. All the users can authenticate using a standard login/password form to have access to personalized pages and data. Fairly easy, isn't it? The problem is : the password verification has to be done by the Windows 2000 server's active directory.

I don't have a clue has to where I should start looking. Any help would be very appreciated.
