There are sooo many things you can do with tools like SSH that it's hard to cover all of them in one tutorial. But there are hundreds/thousands of good tutorials that help you through just about any particular aspect of SSH (and other tools) available on the Internet.

What in particular are you looking for?

http://www.google.com/search?q=ssh+h...ient=firefox-a. Pick and choose.

The first link looks pretty good.

Look in the LXer forum. There recently was an article about using ssh for tunneling. Search for 'ssh sshd_config' on this site. Improving the security of ssh with public key authentication, disallowing root logins, changing the port used and using AllowUsers is covered in many posts on this site.

The O'Reilly book on ssh provides more of the theory behind ssh than a howto.

Also search for: ssh scp sftp on google.

The sshd, ssh_config and sshd_config have their own manpages as well.
