fake IP to access content.

I am traveling outside US and trying to watch netflix from my computer.
However, it is blocked in my region. Is there a way to fake the IP address to looks like i am viewing the content from the US?

For the record, I completely agree with unSpawn and I fully support his decision to close this thread. In retrospect, I exercised some extremely poor judgement here, and I would like to apologize to everyone for that. Furthermore, I've gone ahead and deleted the replies received by the OP (including those authored by myself), on the basis that the LQ Rules state the following:
Quote:
Posts containing information about cracking, piracy, warez, fraud or any topic that could be damaging to either LinuxQuestions.org or any third party will be immediately removed.
While the techniques we posted about are innocuous on their own, the context they have been mentioned in changes everything.
