I am having redhat linux 7.2 server kernel 2.4 . this is remote server.

using ssh i am connecting the remote server. It is logging in after some time it is disconnecting with the following errors

Sounds like a hardware problem.

But that doesn't narrow it down that much. Could be a bad networkcard, bad cable(s) or a broken router.

You could try starting ssh with the -v (or -vv) option to get some more (debug) output. Maybe it tells you a little more.
