I can get program to conceal my IP from internet.
Can I do this withlinux(Mandrake9.2)?

What do you mean by "conceal my IP from the internet"? Provide some more details on what you are trying to accomplish. Are you trying "stealth your computer"? If yes, this question has been repeatedly (over) asked here. Just use the search function?
