Can't use passwordless ssh

I try to follow the below link to setup the ssh with passwordless , I sure I have setup anything in the below guide but it still ask to input the password , can advise what is the possible reason ? thx

Did you set the permission using the chmod command?
Check this one out for setup as well. http://www.suso.org/docs/shell/ssh.sdf
