Cannot encrypt email using kgpg?


My system is a suse 9.2 and i have created a pair of keys using kgpg. And it sees then in it when i open kgpg. I write an email in thunderbird which i have also install enigmail. I click on the openpgp button and click encrypt. I chose the persons public im going top send it to and click send. Then i recieve the following error


Send operation aborted.

Error - encryption command failed

gpg command line and output:

/usr/bin/gpg --charset utf8 --batch --no-tty --status-fd 2 --comment 'Using GnuPG
with Thunderbird - http://enigmail.mozdev.org' -a -e --always-trust --encrypt-to
0x4f22273b: skipped: public key not found
gpg: [stdin]: encryption failed: public key not found


It just does not work....dont worry ill create a new pair of keys now that i have displayed this info..................Please some help, this is one problem i ve lost my energy on..

What is this key "0x4f22273b" to which you are encrypting?

What is the result of running:

$ gpg --list-keys

If 0x4f22273b is not included in the resulting list, it means that gpg cannot use it to encrypt text.

Ok ive checked to see the keys list and there is the two one my collegues and one mine, but the one in the error isnt?i havent a clue what that one is? what do i do now?
