Can I manage my clients email via a mail server and What App is better?

Hello.
Can I manage my Clients emails via a mail server? I mean is it Like a Print server that manage request to printer and order them?
What is better? Postfix, Sendmail or Qmail?

What exactly are you trying to do? Give us an example of you "managing" things.

No. But maybe you're looking for a web-based control panel with mail server functionality...

I don't know anything about Mail Server and I'm sure some provider like Yahoo and Google use it but I want to know can I use any tools for manage my Email under the network? Like Print server that manage Prints from clients.
