Brute force using proxy lists

Not sure if this belongs here but it is a Linux security thing... sorta. Currently I am using a program called Access Diver for windows that is an http brute forcer, much like THCs Hydra. Access Diver uses a proxy hunter/list that gives you a list of proxies used to connect from. You can configure it to use a different proxy for each time you try a username/password combination. Is there a tool like that for Linux?

If you want to give it a benign classification it would be a 'penetration testing tool'. Most of the time however its not what its used for that and you know it.

You mean using your favourite searchengine for 'linux +"http brute force"' didn't yield any results? Maybe try Phenoelit's Obiwan?
