Blocking file downloads for certain IPs with Squid


thank for your valuable tips.

its working great. but if i want to block certain range of ip address(192.168.1.w - 192.168.1.z)to download file , what should i do?

help me please

soumalya, I've pruned this from here (a three-year-old thread), where you originally posted it yesterday. In the future, please refrain from resurrecting dead threads - even if you were the original poster. As for your question, you just need to make an ACL for the IPs with src, and then reference it in an http_access line along with the regex ACL you've already got.
