Blocking a domain referrer from a webserver?

Hi folks,

I hope this is the right spot - how would I go about dumping all traffic from a certain domain to my webserver? I'm getting a ton of requests from a URL like this one:

http://intranet. ( domain removed ).com/dashboard/action/domainIncr.action?domain_id=49

It has nothing to do with me or my site, and there are a ton of requests from it every day. I'm not sure if someone's trying to snipe my domain name or what is actually going on, but I don't like it one bit.

Any advice would be awesome. Thanks!

requests from a URL
So that means referrer, right? Maybe use something like
Code:
SecFilterSelective "HTTP_REFERER" "\?domain_id=49" nolog,deny,status:404
in mod_security?
