Block user based on ip

Hello,

is there a way to block a certain user if it's used from a specific IP.

example : user db2inst1 isn't allowed to connect from ip 10.40.50.1, but from all other ip's it is allowed. Also other users may connect from 10.40.50.1

changing the password isn't an option since it's appearantly hardcoded in way to many programs.

My linux disto is suse 11

Thanks,
Koshi

You've not said what you want to block them from (ssh? ftp? http?), but in general, just use pam_access: http://linux.die.net/man/5/access.conf
