Bash Script ( Shellshock)


Hey guys I installed ubuntu 14.04 and dual booted Mint Linux 17 and according to this shell shock bash thats going around am I safe as long as I do my updates or do I type a command in terminal and is this only mac unix linux and not windows or windows because isn't windows a unix based. Anyways just making sure my linux laptop is safe

Just connect to wan via an ordinary modern router (which will be your simple "firewall") and that's sufficient safe for Linux-based operating systems!

I use a wireless router older Bell 2wire is wireless not safe it has a firewall in the router
