automounted filesystems should be mounted using nosuid

How to i make sure all my file systems are mounted nosuid.

Extremely paranoid people can also set the noexec flag on untrusted filesystems. Well im paranoid.. So how do i do this.
My security book just says to do it, not how to do it.

Thanks as always

noexec and nosuid are mount flags, add em to the mount statements in /etc/fstab.
