Besides all the security issues, lls used to only support 10
connections at a time, unless it has been changed. Go for
the net standard - apache.

Evilone: please do not post useless texts w/o any bearing on the question in this or any other forum.

M_pahlevanzadeh: if I am right this is a Micro$oft shop you're working for, then I think you will have a hard time convincing them otherwise because they already invested a lot of money. If you look at Sans.org (top 20), Cert.org, Securityfocus.com, Linuxsecurity.com, bugtraq, micro$ofts own security/patches and search Google for "IIS +worm" or alike you're bound to find a lot of links that would show how IIS is vulnerable, but not necessarily Apache as a "better" choice. Besides the investments there's always microsofts platform integration which makes things "easier" for some type of development. If you want to make your voice heard I would suggest talking to the firms' admins first and see how fed up/ supportive they are.

Just my 2 cents.

Limit of 10 concurrent connections applies only to IIS if running on W2k Pro or XP Pro. If running on a Windows Server Platform then connections are limited only to what the admin has set it to.
