anonymous squid


Hi all, i was installed squid as a proxy, but the problem is the squid can't be anonymous, what should i do in order to get anonymity features.

There is a section in the Squid HOWTO on doing that. Are you trying to anonomyze LAN requests or are you setting up some kind of anoymous open proxy? If it's the latter, then it's a really bad idea.

Hi capt,
I try to anonomyze the LAN, it is because every web request from workstation can reveal the workstation local IP address.
