Angry Accessing Fake IP Addresses behind Router


Dear All,
Is it possible by any tool to access the fake ip addresses behind the legal ip address my scnario is that there is a router in my local lan that is connected to my isp on dsl on my lan all are fake ip addresses. There is a person who is telling me my fake ip address to me whenever i change my ip I just wanna ask is it possible to peep or access the fake network behind legal ip address.

What type of router is it ? Most have it possible to forward whatever request it is on whatever port forwarded to the particular IP on your LAN that the service is running.
