Show off your KDE desktop
Still tweaking a bit (mostly default except for diff colors) off my fresh Mint 13 KDE install. It would be great to see other ppl's desktops to get some ideas. Also still trying to figure out my way around KDE - decided to give it a try for this install instead of the default GNOME. So far enjoying it quite a bit!

Hi,
here is my setup. I'm heavily using the appmenu functionality (upper left corner, the only entry of the plasma desktop). Icontasks in the panel on the left, bottom left some misc icons I like quickly accessible and (forgotten hiddden) on the right is a telepathy contactlist panel. All panels except the top one are automatically hidden.
I'm using the iceglass icon pack along with the "obsidian coast" color theme and the ronak plasma theme. All this gives a nice black & white kde experience.
I'm a vertical space freak, co maximized windows don't have a titlebar (BorderlessMaximizedWindows=true in kwinrc in the [Windows] section).
Please don't ask about the wallpaper, I don't know where I got it.
Hope it gives someone some ideas,
Serafean
