Well, OnlyOffice is a good alternative for people who have limited machines and need M$ Office compatibility. If LibreOffice is too large and slow (which is quite easy to happen), OnlyOffice is a very good online solution, doubly so if one has issues with the limitations of google docs. I keep an account for when I had my streambook, as with only 2 GB ram, LibreOffice would be unusably slow. It's got a very M$ Office look, and good compatibility from what little I've tested.

Might be spam, but it's useful spam. I'd not heard of this, and if it truly is open source (blog suggests it is, as of version 4.0, but have not looked too deeply yet) then it might be a really good alternative to "cloud"-based office work.
