This is a no-brainer...

Mark Shuttleworth founder of Ubuntu and chairman of Canoninical - an inspiring dude but most of all I would love to see him justify sticking with the Unity interface when so many linux users hate it.

If you look at the history of mankind, you'll notice that a great number of great visionaries were misunderstood during their lifetime.

For the record, I was just kidding.

(grin) And many false prophets were categorized as visionaries during their lifetimes.

I would add Ken Fallon of Hacker Public Radio to the list of prospects.

As time goes certain uncertainty about linux future way hit my mind. I would like to hear interview with someone related to Linux Foundation and their actions/plans about linux future(if im not wrong Linus passed rights to them). One critic opinion(Richard(RMS) would be great!:)). And someone from corporate segment .. lets say IBM:). And one "common" guy that in center of events (like Michael Larabel www.phoronix.com editor).
I would love to read their linux future visions. Start from RMS(or another critic) i hope he can give some good questions to ask later.

General distinction as i see it and as it stated in wk.
[Prophet] - In religion, a prophet, from the Greek word προφήτης (profétés) meaning "advocate", is an individual who is claimed to have been contacted by the supernatural or the divine, and to speak for them, serving as an intermediary with humanity, delivering this newfound knowledge from the supernatural entity to other people
[Visionary] - Defined broadly, a visionary, is one who can envision the future. For some groups this can involve the supernatural
[Vision] - A vision can be political, religious, environmental, social, or technological in nature. By extension, a visionary can also be a person with a clear, distinctive, and specific (in some details) vision of the future, usually connected with advances in technology or social/political arrangements. For example, Ted Nelson is referred to as a visionary in connection with the Internet.[2]

Other visionaries simply imagine what does not yet exist but might some day, as some forms of visioning (or gazing) provide a glimpse into the possible future. Therefore, visioning can mean seeing in a utopian way what does not yet exist on earth—but might exist in another realm—such as the ideal or perfect realm as imagined or thought

I do admire the radical views on software patents and embrace of GPL that RMS has.Last I read RMS was traveling europe barefoot playing a guitar and writing music in spanish .... he's like the crazy uncle of gnu/linux

another vote for him being interviewed (it'd be entertaining atleast)
